§ 90-395 — Practice of medicine and psychology not authorized
North Carolina·Ch. 90 Medicine and Allied Occupations·Art. 26 Fee-Based Practicing Pastoral Counselors
Nothing in this Article shall authorize the practice of medicine as defined in Article 1 of this Chapter or the practice of psychology as defined in Article 18A of this Chapter.
