§ 90-337 — Persons credentialed in other states

North Carolina·Ch. 90 Medicine and Allied Occupations·Art. 24 Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors Act
(a)The Board may license any person who is currently licensed, certified, or registered by another state if the individual has met requirements determined by the Board to be substantially similar to or exceeding those established under this Article.
(b)The Board may enter into reciprocity agreements with another state. (1983, c. 755, s. 1; 1993, c. 514, s. 1; 2019-240, s. 2(a).) § 90-338: Repealed by Session Laws 2019-240, s. 2(a), effective January 1, 2020.
