Text
A licensee who is active duty military or is the spouse of an individual who is active duty military may designate one of the following as the home state:
(1)Home of record.
(2)State listed on Permanent Change of Station (PCS) order.
(3)State of current residence or duty station if it is different than the PCS state or home of record. (2017-28, s. 2.)
