§ 90-243 — Registration of places of business, apprentices

North Carolina·Ch. 90 Medicine and Allied Occupations·Art. 17 Dispensing Opticians
The Board may adopt rules requiring, as a condition of dispensing, the registration of places of business where ophthalmic dispensing is engaged in, and for registration of apprentices and interns who are working under direct supervision of a licensed optician. The Board may also require that any information furnished to it as required by law or regulation be furnished under oath.
