§ 90-127 — Application of Article

North Carolina·Ch. 90 Medicine and Allied Occupations·Art. 6 Optometry
Nothing in this Article shall be construed to apply to physicians and surgeons authorized to practice under the laws of North Carolina, except the provisions contained in G.S. 90-125, or prohibit persons to sell spectacles, eyeglasses, or lenses as merchandise from permanently located and established places of business.
