Text

(a)The Board shall furnish a certificate of certification or licensure to each applicant successfully completing the requirements for his or her credential.
(b)The Board may furnish a certificate of certification or licensure to any person in another state or territory if the individual's qualifications were, at the date of registration, certification, or licensure, substantially equal to the requirements under this Article. However, an out-of-state applicant shall first file application and pay any required fees. (1993 (Reg.
