(a)Definitions. - The following definitions apply in this Article:
(1)Repealed by Session Laws 1993, c. 514, s. 1. (1a) The "Board" means the Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors.
(2)A "licensed clinical mental health counselor" is a person engaged in the practice of counseling who holds a license as a licensed clinical mental health counselor issued under the provisions of this Article. (2a) A "licensed clinical mental health counselor associate" is a person engaged in the supervised practice of counseling who holds a license as a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate issued under the provisions of this Article.
