Text
Each of the following acts constitutes a Class 3 misdemeanor:
(1)Violation of any of the provisions of G.S. 86B-21.
(2)Obtaining or attempting to obtain a certificate of registration for money other than the required fee or any other thing of value, or by fraudulent misrepresentations.
(3)Practicing or attempting to practice by fraudulent misrepresentations.
(4)Willful failure to display a license as required by G.S. 86B-33.
(5)Practicing or attempting to practice barbering during the period of suspension or revocation of any license granted under this Chapter. Each day's operation during a period of suspension or revocation shall be deemed a separate offense.
