§ 86B-36 — Refusal, revocation or suspension of licenses or permits
The Board may neither refuse to issue nor refuse to renew, or suspend or revoke any license, barbershop permit, or barber school permit, for any of the causes as provided in G.S. 86B-35, except in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 150B of the General Statutes.
