Nothing in this Article shall be construed to prevent a city or county from adopting or enforcing its own program for control of dangerous dogs. (1989 (Reg. Sess., 1990), c. 1023, s. 1.) §§ 67-5 through 67-11: Repealed by Session Laws 1973, c. 822, s. 6.
