§ 66-413 — Penalties

North Carolina·Ch. 66 Commerce and Business·Art. 45 Pawnbrokers, Metal Dealers, and Scrap Dealers

Any dealer who violates the provisions of this Part shall be deemed guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. In addition any dealer so convicted shall be ineligible for a dealer's permit for a period of three years from the date of conviction.
