§ 65-44 — Days for burial

North Carolina·Ch. 65 Cemeteries·Art. 8A Veterans Cemeteries

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, burial services shall be conducted at all State veterans cemeteries from Monday through Sunday, except when the day for services falls on a State or federal holiday. (2004-124, s. 19.2(a); 2015-69, s. 1.)
