The Authority shall, promptly following the close of each fiscal year, submit an annual written report of its activities for the preceding year to the Governor, the General Assembly, and the Local Government Commission. Each report shall be accompanied by an audit of its books and accounts, as well as quarterly and annual financial statements. The audit shall be conducted by the State Auditor. The costs of all audits shall be paid from funds of the Authority. As part of the report, the Authority shall include the following performance measures of the private sector jobs within the Global TransPark:
