The banking laws as defined in G.S. 53C-1-4(5), insofar as applicable and not in conflict with the provisions hereof shall apply to land mortgage associations. (1925, c. 223, s. 25; 2012-56, s. 35.) §§ 54-74 through 54-75.1. Repealed by Session Laws 1975, c. 538, s.
