§ 54-144 — Filing fees
North Carolina·Ch. 54 Cooperative Organizations·Art. 19 Purpose and Organization·Subch. v marketing associations
For filing articles of incorporation, an association organized hereunder shall pay ten dollars ($10.00); and for filing an amendment to the articles, two and one-half dollars ($2.50).
