All unclaimed property remaining with a State trust company voluntarily liquidated under the provisions of this Subpart shall be subject to the provisions of Chapter 116B of the General Statutes. (2001-263, s. 1.) Subpart B. Seizure by Commissioner; Involuntary Dissolution and Liquidation.
