§ 53-362 — Appraisal rights of shareholders in mergers, share exchanges, or asset transfers

A shareholder of a State trust company may exercise appraisal rights in connection with the proposed merger, share exchange, or asset transfer to the extent allowed under, and by following the procedures prescribed by, Article 13 of Chapter 55 of the General Statutes.
