Text
(a)Business Location. - A licensee may conduct and carry on the licensee's business only at one or more locations approved by the Commissioner, and no changes shall be made from one location to another without the approval of the Commissioner.
(b)Additional Places of Business. - Not more than one place of business shall be maintained under the same license, but the Commissioner may issue more than one license to the same licensee upon compliance with all the provisions of this Article governing issuance of a single license.
(c)Change of Location, Ownership, or Management. - If any change occurs in the name and address of the licensee or of the president, secretary, or agent of a corporation holding a license, or in the membership of any partnership holding a license, a true and full sta
