§ 50C-10 — Violation

North Carolina·Ch. 50C Civil No-Contact Orders
A knowing violation of an order entered pursuant to this Chapter is punishable by civil or criminal contempt as provided in Chapter 5A of the General Statutes. (2004-194, s. 1; 2015-25, s. 1.)
