§ 20-284 — Violation a misdemeanor
North Carolina·Ch. 20 Motor Vehicles·Art. 11 Liability Insurance Required of Persons Engaged in Renting Motor Vehicles
Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of this Article shall be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
