§ 18B-809 — Use of branded plug-in coolers

North Carolina·Ch. 18B Regulation of Alcoholic Beverages·Art. 8 Operation of ABC Stores
No rule or decision of the Commission may limit or restrict the giving, lending, or selling by industry members of branded plug-in coolers used to hold and display products in an ABC store, provided that the total value of coolers per brand is less than one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500). A branded plug-in cooler shall have permanent and conspicuous branding that is permanently attached or securely affixed to the cooler. (2022-51, s. 17; 2024-41, s. 4(b).)
