Precincts in which municipal primaries and elections are conducted shall conform, in all regards, to the requirements stipulated in G.S. 163-129 and all other provisions contained in this Chapter relating to county and State elections. (1971, c. 835, s. 1; 2017-6, s. 3; 2018-146, s. 3.1(a), (b).)
