§ 160D-909 — Fraternities and sororities

North Carolina·Ch. 160D Local Planning and Development Regulation·Art. 9 Regulation of Particular Uses and Areas
A zoning regulation or unified development ordinance may not differentiate in terms of the regulations applicable to fraternities or sororities between those fraternities or sororities that are approved or recognized by a college or university and those that are not.
