A city may by an appropriate ordinance impose a curfew on persons of any age less than 18. (1997-189, s. 1.) § 160A-199: Repealed by Session Laws 2019-111, s. 2.6(e), as amended by Session Laws 2020-3, s. 4.33(a), and Session Laws 2020-25, s. 51(a), (b), (d) effective June 19, 2020. § 160A-200: Repealed by Session Laws 2015-246, s. 1(a), effective September 23, 2015.
