North Carolina·Ch. 143 State Departments, Institutions, and Commissions·Art. 83 Employee Fair Classification Act
(a)The records of the Section are not public records under G.S. 132-1.
(b)The Section shall exchange information as required by this Article.
(c)The Section may share information with other State and federal agencies as permitted or required by law. (2017-203, s. 1.)
