Text

Members of the Commission shall serve without compensation but may receive travel and subsistence as follows:

(1)Commission members who are officials or employees of a State agency or unit of local government, in accordance with G.S. 138-6.
(2)All other Commission members at the rate established in G.S. 138-5. (1998-1, s. 3(a).) §§ 143-685 through 143-689. Reserved for future codification purposes. §§ 143-690 through 143-693. Reserved for future codification purposes. §§ 143-701 through 143-709. Repealed by Session Laws 1999-395, s. 18.1, effective July 1, 1999.
