§ 143-558 — Definition of employing entity

North Carolina·Ch. 143 State Departments, Institutions, and Commissions·Art. 60 State and Certain Local Educational Entity Employees, Nonsalaried Public Officials, and Legislators Required to Repay Money Owed to State
For the purposes of this Part "employing entity" shall have the same meaning as provided in G.S. 143-552(1) and 143-555(2). (1979, c. 864, s. 1.)
