§ 143-281 — Appointment and removal of members

North Carolina·Ch. 143 State Departments, Institutions, and Commissions·Art. 29 Commission to Study the Care of the Aged and Handicapped

The Governor shall appoint the members of this Commission, and may remove any member; he shall not be required to give any reason for the removal of any member. (1949, c. 1211, s. 3.)
