Text
The Department shall consult with representatives of the major military installations to review information regarding military air navigation routes, air traffic control areas, military training routes, special-use air space, radar, or other potentially affected military operations at least once per year. The Department shall provide relevant information on civil air navigation or military air navigation routes, air traffic control areas, military training routes, special-use air space, radar, or other potentially affected military operations to permit applicants as requested. (2013-51, s. 1.)
