Text
(a)The Department of Administration shall report to the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations each State agency and community college that fails to timely adopt and submit to the Department the information required by G.S. 143-170.2. The initial report shall be made by January 1, 1991.
(b)Upon the determination of the State Auditor that a State agency or community college has failed to substantially comply with its publications procedure manual or its administrative review and approval process for public documents, the State Auditor shall report the noncompliance to the Joint Legislative Commission on Governmental Operations within 60 days if the General Assembly is not in session, and to the President Pro Tempore of the Senate, the Speaker of the House, and the Senate
