§ 142-2 — Title of act and year of enactment recited in bonds

North Carolina·Ch. 142 State Debt·Art. 1 General Provisions
In every bond or certificate of debt issued by the State, and in the body thereof, shall be set forth the title of the act, with the year of its enactment, under the authority of which the same may be issued; or reference shall be made thereto by the number of the Chapter, and the year of the legislative session.
