§ 136-59 — No court action against Board of Transportation

No action shall be maintained in any of the courts of this State against the Board of Transportation to determine the location of any State highways or portion thereof, by any person, corporation, or municipal corporation. (1927, c. 46, s. 7; 1933, c. 172, s. 17; 1957, c. 65, s. 11; 1967, c. 1128, s. 5; 1973, c. 507, s. 5.) §§ 136-60 through 136-61. Repealed by Session Laws 1973, c. 507, s. 23.
