§ 136-272 — Audit

North Carolina·Ch. 136 Transportation·Art. 20 North Carolina State Ports Authority
The operations of the State Ports Authority shall be subject to the oversight of the State Auditor pursuant to Article 5A of Chapter 147 of the General Statutes. The State Ports Authority shall reimburse the State Auditor the cost of any audit.
