(a)For the purpose of nominating and electing members of the North Carolina House of Representatives, the State of North Carolina shall be divided into the following districts with each district electing one Representative: District 1: Chowan County, Currituck County, Dare County: VTD COL, VTD DUCK, VTD EL, VTD KTHK, VTD MH, VTD SOSH, VTD STPT; Perquimans County, Tyrrell County, Washington County. District 2: Durham County: VTD 023, VTD 025, VTD 026, VTD 028, VTD 029, VTD 044, VTD 045, VTD 046; Person County.
