§ 116D-7 — Definitions
North Carolina·Ch. 116D Higher Education Bonds·Art. 2 General Obligation Bonds for Financing Capital Facilities for The University of North Carolina
The following definitions apply in this Article:
(1)Bonds. - Bonds authorized to be issued under this Article, including refunding bonds.
(2)Notes. - Notes issued under this Article.
(3)University improvement general obligation bonds. - Bonds authorized to be issued under this Article, including refunding bonds. (2000-3, s. 1.2.)
