(a)FTNC System Office. - FTNC shall be administratively located in The University of North Carolina System Office. The President shall establish a Future Teachers of North Carolina Advisory Council (FTNC Council) to oversee the FTNC program. At the President's discretion, the FTNC Council shall coordinate with constituent institutions to utilize expertise from administrators, faculty, and staff members of institutions of higher education in designing the agenda and instructional content for the FTNC Symposium. The FTNC Council shall ensure diverse representation of the educator preparation programs represented at the FTNC Symposium.
