(a)The Board of Governors of The University of North Carolina shall promulgate rules to implement this Part.
(b)No later than December 15, 2024, and annually thereafter, the Board of Governors shall identify and provide to the Joint Legislative Education Oversight Committee a list of degree programs in STEM subject areas and the number of distinguished professorships at each constituent institution funded pursuant to this Part in each STEM subject area. The Board of Governors shall make the list of degree programs in STEM subject areas available on its website. (1985, c. 757, s. 202; 2023-134, s. 8.18(a).) Part 4B.
