Text
A private church school or school of religious charter may provide remote instruction if the school maintains copies of all records required by this Chapter at an administrative office that is physically located in the State. For the purposes of this section, remote instruction means instruction delivered to students in a remote location outside of a school facility, whether synchronously or asynchronously. (2023-134, s. 7.80(a), (d).)
