§ 115C-399 — Trespass on or damage to school bus
North Carolina·Ch. 115C Elementary and Secondary Education·Art. 28 Student Liability·Subch. VI STUDENTS
Any person who willfully trespasses upon or damages a school bus may be liable pursuant to the provisions of G.S. 14-132.2.
