§ 115C-358 — Designated state official
North Carolina·Ch. 115C Elementary and Secondary Education·Art. 24 Interstate Agreement on Qualifications of Educational Personnel·Subch. V PERSONNEL
For the purposes of the agreement set forth in this Article the "designated state official" for this State shall be the Superintendent of Public Instruction. He shall enter into contracts pursuant to G.S. 115C-351 only with the approval of the specific text thereof by the State Board of Education.
