§ 115C-155 — Acceptance of benefits of federal career and technical education acts

North Carolina·Ch. 115C Elementary and Secondary Education·Art. 10 Career and Technical Education·Subch. IV EDUCATION PROGRAM
The State of North Carolina, through the State Board of Education, may accept all the provisions and benefits of acts passed by the Congress of the United States providing federal funds for career and technical education programs: Provided, however, that the State Board of Education shall not accept those funds upon any condition that the public schools of this State shall be operated contrary to any provision of the Constitution or statutes of this State.
