Text
A paternity determination made by another state:
(1)In accordance with the laws of that state, and
(2)By any means that is recognized in that state as establishing paternity
shall be entitled to full faith and credit in this State. (1993 (Reg. Sess., 1994), c. 733, s. 2.)
