A person who violates this act or a rule of the Board of Agriculture adopted hereunder is guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. (1993, c. 18, s. 2; 1994, Ex. Sess., c. 14, s. 56.) §§ 106-765 through 106-777: Expired. §§ 106-778 through 106-780. Reserved for future codification purposes.
