Text

It shall be a violation of this Article for any person:

(1)To distribute an unregistered soil additive;
(2)To distribute an unlabeled soil additive;
(3)To distribute a misbranded soil additive;
(4)To distribute an "adulterated" soil additive;
(5)To fail to comply with a "stop sale, use or removal" order; or
(6)To fail to submit semiannual reports. (1977, c. 233, s. 8.)
