32-9-209 . Rulemaking. The department shall adopt rules necessary to carry out the intent and purposes of this part. In adopting rules under this part, the department shall use the final model state regulatory prudential standards for nonbank mortgage servicers in effect at the time of rulemaking as published by the conference of state bank supervisors.
