§ 85-8-613 — Assessments Against Certain Corporations
85-8-613 . Assessments against certain corporations. Assessments against all public corporations or any private corporation not owning land within the district shall be payable to the county treasurer wherein the court having jurisdiction of the district is located, on or before September 1 of each year.
