§ 85-8-409 — Rules Of Practice Applicable
85-8-409 . Rules of practice applicable. The same rules relative to the filing of answers and replies relative to other causes of action affecting the title to real property shall apply in actions to exclude lands from a drainage district, and all issues arising may be tried by the court without a jury.
