85-8-407 . Complaint required -- contents.
(1)Said action shall be commenced by filing in the office of the clerk of the district court a complaint which must contain:
(a)the title of the action, the name of the court and the county in which the action is brought, and the names of the parties to the action;
(b)a statement of the facts constituting the cause of the action, in ordinary and concise language;
(c)a demand for the relief which the plaintiff claims.
(2)The complaint shall be verified in the same manner as complaints in other civil actions.
