§ 85-8-352 — Contribution Among Petitioners
85-8-352 . Contribution among petitioners. All petitioners shall, among themselves, contribute to the payment of said judgment in proportion to the number of acres of land they have within the boundaries of the proposed district at the time of filing of said petition.
