§ 85-8-313 — Annual Report Of Commissioners
85-8-313 . Annual report of commissioners. On the first Tuesday of July of each year the commissioners shall file in the office of the clerk of the court having jurisdiction in the matter an itemized statement of all their receipts and disbursements and leave said report in such office for examination by parties interested at all times.
